Tackling Loneliness Project
East Yorkshire Community Transport is delivering a project aimed at helping people who may be experiencing loneliness and isolation to access local networks, social activities, and support services. Community Transport can help people experiencing loneliness to get out and about and join in a range of community activities. East Yorkshire Community Transport is a partnership between two local community transport groups – Holderness Area Rural Transport (HART) and Goole GoFar.
The survey is open until Friday 15 December at East Yorkshire Community Transport Survey. Anyone who cannot complete the survey online should email Jane Evison at jane.evison@eyct.co.uk or call 07815 489682.
